5 Great Recipes for Fall

Racing Weekend Goals

Happy Friday! While it is officially the first day of fall, in H-town summer sticks around until at least mid-October.  To tell you the truth, it feels like we have been in endless summer since last year. I am looking forward to our first official fall cold front, but not the shorter days.  I'm joining in with the Friday 5 fun today, where the topic is fall activities. I don't do a lot of traditional fall activities... pumpkin patch, hay rides, apple orchard (probably because I don't have kids), so I'm going to share 5 great recipes for fall.

ps.  there is no pumpkin or pumpkin spice in any of these recipes.

  1. I love all things chili! Not a pumpkin spice fan but I will tell you that the kids are out of the house and it’s just us now but we enjoy all the fall activities. You don’t need kids to go apple picking, walk through a corn maze or any of those other ”kid activities”. In my opinion it’s better without kids. Lol
