Welcome to my weekly workout recap, today I'm recapping my workouts from last week today.
Last week I was in NE Kansas visiting my family and friends. While there, I got in 3 runs and a 5k last week, and a half marathon the week before (recap coming soon). I also continued with the 30 burpees for 15 days challenge... I'm really looking forward to the end of the 15 days.
One of my goals for the month of May was to keep up my fitness routine while I was on vacation... I think I nailed it!
Workouts Last Week Today:
Sunday - 4 recovery miles. 30 burpees.
Monday - 30 burpees.
Tuesday - 4.5 easy miles. 30 burpees.
Wednesday - 30 burpees.
Thursday - 4 miles (in final mile did sprints between every other telephone pole). 30 burpees.
Friday - 30 burpees.
Saturday - 30 burpees. TBI Awareness 5k.
Total Miles = 15.6

Those burpees would be the death of me, especially if I was doing them daily! Fortunately, they hurt my hips...so I have a valid excuse to avoid them ;-)
