I’m in my 6th week of training for the Houston Marathon. Race day is 10 weeks away… it is starting to feel real!
I had a great week of running this week! Here’s how it all shook out:
Sunday – Houston Half Marathon – 13.1 miles. Had a great time at this race, check out my recap here.
Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 4 miles easy + strength exercises
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – 6 miles progressive + strength exercises
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 4 miles – virtual 5k virtually with my niece and then an easy mile after that.
Total Miles = 27
