I’m heading into my FINAL week of training for the Houston Marathon. Race day is in 7 days away. I’m hanging out in the taper now. My mileage was a little low last week as I ran my Sunday long run on Saturday due to the holiday.
I made it to two yoga classes this week, which felt awesome! I’ve been foam rolling daily.
Sunday – Rest.
Monday – Rest.
Tuesday – 5 miles + strideouts.
Wednesday – Basics Yoga.
Thursday – Rest.
Friday – 3 x 1 mile “fast” with 1 mile warm-up/cool-down.
Saturday – 5 miles easy, Basics Yoga
Total Miles = 15
