After my long run on Sunday, I took it light this week. I was up in the air about running on Saturday… but sleeping in and
being lazy enjoying a couple cups of tea and reading won out.
Today I ran the Galveston Half Marathon… I’ll recap it later this week – spoiler alert: I beat my time goal and made it to the podium for an AG award!
This is how my week ended up:
Sunday – 10 miles easy
Monday – 3 miles easy… enjoyed it with the Gooses Acre Running Club.
Tuesday – Yin Yoga.
Wednesday – Rest.
Thursday – 3 miles progressive.
Friday – Rest.
Saturday – Rest.
Total Miles = 16
