Welcome to my weekly workout recap, today I’m recapping my workouts from last week today.
After taking a week off running following my 25k and half marathon, I was excited to get back to it. I was able to get in 3 runs this week (2 with the dogs), and I continued with my plank-a-day and daily squats on most days, but I only managed to get in my arm workout once this week. I skipped out on Yin Yoga after the hubs wanted to have a date night during the week (who could pass up that).
Workouts Last Week Today:
Sunday – Rest. 1:00 plank, 60 squats.
Monday – Rest. 1:00 plank, 60 squats. Had planned to run with the Gooses Acre Running Club, but a thunderstorm rolled in right at start time.
Tuesday – Rest 1:00 plank, 60 squats.
Wednesday – 5 miles easy with Anam. 1:00 plank, 60 squats.
Thursday – Rest. 1:00 plank, 60 squats. Arms.
Friday – 5 miles easy with Sorcha. 60 squats.
Saturday – 10 miles.
Total Miles = 20
