The topic for today is “What word would you use to describe your running right now”.
The word I would use right now is strong.
I’m coming off of a 10 mile long run, I felt incredibly strong after that run.
Currently, I am training for 2 upcoming half marathons – Run Like A Diva on April 24 and Running with the Cows on May 14… I need to be strong to tackle 2 halfs within 20 days of each other.
I have been incorporating speed work into my training, which makes me feel like a stronger runner.
In addition, I have also been doing planks and HIIT which I feel is making my body stronger.
So yes, I am feeling my STRONG.
