Why do you run?
I run for fun! I love the feeling I get after a run. Running is also a great way for me to bust stress.
How do you plan to celebrate National Running Day?
I plan on going for a run on my favorite trail.
How many miles have you run so far this year? Do you have a mileage goal for the year?
So far this year I’ve run 383 miles. I have a mileage goal of 1,000 miles.
Before I leave for a run I must have:
Gum… I can’t run without gum.
Do you track your runs? If so what do you use?
I track my runs. I used to use Runkeeper, but since I got my Garmin I use Garmin Connect.

If you have to give someone one piece of advice about running, what would it be?
Get the good shoes.
