Goals For The Galveston Half Marathon

This weekend I will be running in the Galveston Half Marathon race in Galveston, TX.  This is my first race since I ran the Houston Marathon.  I’m excited to head back to Galveston and run along the seawall!  Like usual, I have made a few goals for this race.

 

  1. Start out slow… run a reverse split race.
  2. Be confident, trust in training.
  3. Time goals … sub 2:11.
  4. Stay hydrated and don’t overheat.
  5. Have fun!
