I’m in my 8th week of training for the Houston Marathon. Race day is 8 weeks away… and I’m feeling pretty good
This week was a cut back week for me. I had a great week of running this week! Here’s how it all shook out:
Sunday – Rest. We got back from the deer lease too late for me to head out for an evening run, so I enjoyed the evening with a few cold ones with the hubs and our neighbors.
Monday – 8 miles easy with the Goose’s Acre Running Club.
Tuesday – Rest.
Wednesday – 5 miles + stride outs with Anam
Thursday – Rest.
Friday – 6 miles progressive with Anam. We nailed the progressive (11:36/11:15/10:56/10:39/10:15/9:39).
Saturday – 5 miles easy. It was a chilly one this morning!
Total Miles = 24
